At present, we have over 1000 specialists, including 10 Doctors and 31 Masters of Science, 130 young specialists below 30 years, graduated from more than 20 institutes in Saint Petersburg and other cities.

High professional qualification of our employees and their scientific potential allow them to solve complex technological and design problems in domestic shipbuilding and other industrial sectors, with use of up-to date information technologies.

During recent years our specialists received more than 70 patents for inventions, utility models and industrial standards.

In JSC "SSTC" we have a branch of shipbuilding technology department of Saint Petersburg Marine Technical University, preparing highly-qualified specialists for shipbuilding sector. Our post-graduate division have prepared over 40 Doctors and 470 Masters of Science.

Every year more than 200 employees upgrade their qualification through various training courses, both in our Institute and other institutions.
